Paulo Trindade - President

An experienced leader and business development professional with sixteen years experience driving real world gain through a variety of creative marketing strategies. Paulo’s entrepreneurial background keeps him focused on the needs of business owners for concrete ROI and sustainable growth. Paulo also enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid tournament poker player.

Chris Thompson - Partner - Vice President

Senior Marketing Professional with 15 plus years of experience planning, executing and tracking media/marketing programs within the US as well as throughout Europe for products and services. Project Management includes direct mail, SEO/SEM (PPC programs), email campaigns, PR, web design and content, trade-shows and seminars, list research, and media buying.  Chris is a connoisseur of whiskeys and is famously loyal to his friends.

Andrew Holt - Director of Regional Sales

An internet marketing professional with both programming and marketing experience; Andrew understands both the technical requirements of a great website and the real world needs of small business owners. He prides himself on his ability guide clients through the design and development process. Prior to his current career Andrew was a Virginia State certified Fire fighter and EMT for nine years. He was a member of the September 11th rescue and recovery efforts at both the Pentagon and World Trade Center. Andrew enjoys time with friends and his favorite food is homemade pie.

Carlos Gomez - Creative Director

Carlos is an artist experienced in delivering a wide range of graphic services for Web and print publications. He has guided clients through all phases of design work to engage and inspire audiences. Providing clients with the tools to confidently communicate their brand identity is his top priority. Carlos enjoys spending time with friends and family, and going on bike rides along the Potomac River.
